We are recruiting for a Data Collection Administrator to join a busy and supportive operations team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving. You will be responsible for supporting accurate data collection and processing activities, ensuring information is delivered within agreed timescales and service levels, while liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Collect, process, and maintain accurate data within set deadlines Ensure meter readings and related data are obtained and processed efficiently Investigate data queries and resolve discrepancies Liaise with internal teams, customers, and suppliers Maintain accurate records using internal systems Support continuous improvement of processes and procedures Ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies About You Strong administrative and organisational skills High attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Confident using Excel, Word, and Outlook Positive team player with a proactive attitude This role would suit a Maths or Science graduate, someone who is analytical and loves data
