In this role, you will contribute to the design, standardisation, and lifecycle management of the organisation's global data centre infrastructure. You will play a key part in shaping processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing operational excellence across the data centre ecosystem. This position also includes responsibilities as a Technical Writer, ensuring documentation is clear, consistent, and user-friendly. Your Responsibilities Data Centre Architecture & Lifecycle Management Develop and implement lifecycle processes for data centre infrastructure components-including cabling-within our client's Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM) platform and other enterprise tools. Define end-to-end lifecycle processes for cabling and other infrastructure elements. Monitor adherence to defined processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Technical Writing & Documentation Create and maintain high-quality documentation such as lifecycle processes, cabling standards, operational guides, and best practices. Develop user manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process flow diagrams. Maintain version control and ensure documentation remains up-to-date and aligned with evolving processes.
