JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Data and Quality Assurance Operations Co-Ordinator with data analysis experience, who has excellent administration, minute taking and IT skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Forms.
As the Data and Quality Assurance Operations Co-Ordinator you will provide administrative and data analysis support, as well as ensuring that appropriate processes are in place. This role is key to ensuring that the Quality Assurance Frameworks, in place for each project, are being routinely adhered to. This will provide the assurance that the support provided, and interventions delivered by the operational Teams meets the required standards.
Working as the Data and Quality Assurance Operations Co-Ordinator you will provide administrative support and responses when dealing with complaints.
DUTIES
Your duties as a Data and Quality Assurance Operations Co-Ordinator will include:
• Maintain the quality trackers – including sending timely reminders and following up when required, to support the timely completion of all quality assurance activities
• Set up and manage the MS Forms – in place to support the completion of the required quality assurance activities
• Support in analysing the data and what’s been captured on the MS Forms – focussing on any themes and areas for further development
• Track and provide timely up-dates on the completion of quality assurance activities
• Support in collating the data for the monthly Spotlights and quarterly Quality Assurance Reports
• Attend the quarterly Quality Improvement Plan meetings – ensure key actions are captured, tracked and completed. This will support improved practice going forward
• Carry out administrative tasks and provide administrative support – for example, in response to complaints
• Work closely with colleagues to develop and establish collaborative working relationships
• Participate in the supervision and appraisal process with your Line Manager
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Essential
• 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including English
• Previous data analysis experience
• Administration skills and MS Forms experience
• Experience in minute taking (long-hand, short-hand or via keyboard)
• Competent IT skills in word and excel
• Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience of dealing with a wide range of people
• Experience of forming constructive working relationships
• Experience of working towards agreed outcomes – including collaborative working with others
• Capable of working from home in a structured, self-motivated manner
Desirable
• Experience of working in the criminal justice sector
• Experience in the administrative support of complaints
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
• Ability to seek out solutions to problems
• High level of initiative and motivation
• Personal flexibility and willingness to do a range of tasks and duties
