Department: EMEA Ticketing
Location: Farringdon, London
Reports to: Senior Ticketing Business Analyst, EMEA
Working Hours: Full-time
Job Type: Permanent
Role Description
Resourceful and innovative, you are both able to analyse data and, importantly, translate that data into actionable insights. As the Ticketing (Data) Analyst, you love to make data work for the team.
You will build and monitor reports and dashboards that enable our team to understand the completeness and accuracy of the data used for tracking, analysis and decision-making. You will lead in visualising and gathering insights from data through Tableau and related BI tooling.
You’re a clear communicator, able to adapt to audiences and stakeholders of various levels of data literacy. You are eager to make an impact, excited to be part of a team, and can’t wait to see your data come to life.
What it’s like to work in the Team
We are a diverse team which has to connect with different European markets, so it is important to be approachable whilst being analytical.
We are committed to working as a team and so support each other to achieve wins as a team.
The team oversees ticketing strategy and analytics for the Concerts division at Live Nation. We are a head office function and work across 20+ markets. We provide analytical support to executives at CXO and SVP levels, helping them formulate, assess and communicate their targets, challenges and achievements.
Central to this is the design and delivery of KPIs and metrics to measure progress and change, as well as data analysis and mining for patterns and trends. Current priorities are to grow our data maturity and reporting tools, with this role playing a pivotal part in our efforts to scale reliable reporting from our centralised EMEA Ticketing database and make it accessible and impactful across local teams.
Our aim is to deliver actionable insight to drive positive change within the business.

Staff can enjoy the use of arcade games in the basement games room, onsite gym equipment, plus fitness and meditation classes. In addition to this, the office has a fully stocked complimentary coffee bar with baristas to serve you your favourite coffee as you walk into the office and offers heavily subsidised lunch options. We hold regular staff events in our atrium stage space, including hosting speakers and open mic nights to showcase Live Nation employee talent.
