I have recently moved into a new house and need to decorate my home office space, but decoration is not my strength! I previously lived in China for 16 years and became deeply fascinated by Chinese Daoist Philosophy. I am really interested in the 道德经，易经 and 庄子, and would like to surround myself with inspiration from Daoist philosophy and remind myself of the quieter, scenic and more natural aspects of China and Chinese culture. I used to love walking through the parks, finding little bamboo groves and listening to the cicadas. I really miss those things! Ideally you can suggest wall decorations and plants, and anything else you feel would fit. Ideally anything I need to buy can be bought on a total budget of £200 and can be sourced from Amazon or Temu (I live in the UK), but if certain things are only available from China then that is also possible (my wife is Chinese and still ships things from Taobao every so often). I would prefer to work with a Chinese person for this, I want someone understands this kind of culture on a deep level.
