  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address inquiries related to products, services, and policies promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to support ongoing improvements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer service delivery and implement client solutions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and relevant assistance.
  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
