About the Role:Veritas Education is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work on a daily supply basis across secondary schools in the Wakefield area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain classroom experience, support local schools, and make a positive impact on students' learning. As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task.Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment.Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.Provide feedback to teaching staff as required. What We're Looking For: Strong communication and organisational skills.Ability to engage and motivate students.Previous experience working with young people (education or similar setting) is desirable but not essential.A genuine interest in education and supporting student development.
