You’ll uncover opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and help organisations understand how our D365 expertise can solve real business challenges.

  • Identify and engage potential clients who could benefit from Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM, ERP, Power Platform).
  • Build a healthy sales pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, and events.
  • Understand client business challenges and design tailored D365 solutions that meet their needs.
  • Present proposals, demos, and business cases to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure client expectations are understood and achievable.
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Keep up-to-date with Dynamics 365 product updates, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve agreed sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Commercially driven: you enjoy winning new business and building strong client relationships.
  • Knowledgeable about Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP, Power Platform) and its business value.
  • A great communicator: you can explain complex solutions in simple, compelling ways to senior stakeholders.

  • Team-oriented: you collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure client success.
  • Existing network of Dynamics 365 decision-makers and business users.
  • Experience in a Microsoft Partner, ERP/CRM consultancy, or IT solutions environment.
  • Familiarity with selling Power Platform solutions or other cloud-based enterprise applications.
  • Understanding of consultancy delivery models (project-based, managed services, subscription models).
