Overview:
Manage and deliver a comprehensive cyclical maintenance program for the organization's property portfolio, ensuring all statutory and planned maintenance obligations (e.g., gas, electric, lifts, fire safety) are met safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Scheduling: Develop, manage, and monitor long-term cyclical maintenance schedules.

Site Management: Conduct pre- and post-work site inspections and quality checks.

Contractor Oversight: Manage external contractors, ensuring compliance with specifications and health & safety standards.

Budget Control: Monitor expenditure against allocated project budgets.

Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience in property maintenance, surveying, or building inspection.

Strong knowledge of relevant statutory compliance and H&S regulations.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Valid driver's license (essential for site travel).

Effective communication and stakeholder management.
