We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist from the Philippines to join our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in e-commerce support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. Handle order tracking, returns, refunds, and product-related questions. Provide top-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Manage support tickets using tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, or Freshdesk (experience with any is a plus). Coordinate with internal teams (fulfillment, marketing, product) to resolve customer issues. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure proper follow-up. Requirements: Must be based in the Philippines. Excellent written and spoken English. Previous experience in e-commerce or customer service is required. Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce tools is a strong advantage. Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
