You will manage incoming enquiries, keep essential records updated, support customers throughout planned works, and help ensure we meet our regulatory obligations. By providing clear, helpful communication, you will make sure our customers feel informed and supported at every stage. What you'll be doing Manage the team’s dedicated phone line and act as a friendly first point of contact for callers.Monitor the team mailbox, allocating enquiries to the right colleague or handling responses yourself.Provide proactive customer updates—both written and verbal—throughout the life of any project.Contact customers by letter, email, phone or occasional site visits to ensure they stay fully informed.Use business systems to log interactions, arrange appointments and support colleagues with customer engagement. Keep all records, letters and customer information up to date, including maintaining templates and leafletsTrack complaints, incidents and customer issues, ensuring they are recorded accurately and passed to the correct person.
