We're seeking skilled customer support agents to join our team. You will work alongside a team of customer support reps, with support from senior admin team members. We are looking for people who can commit to 36+ hours per week, spread over 6 days per week. The ideal candidate will have: - Proven experience in e-commerce customer support - Excellent organizational skills - Proficiency with Google Sheets - Strong inbox management abilities - Able to work autonomously and intuitively - Fluency in spoken and written English Key responsibilities: - Email inbox management; handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly - Maintain an organized inbox and respond to emails efficiently - Manage and organize customer data using Google Sheets - Provide top-notch support to enhance customer satisfaction - Reduce number of returns and refunds If you have a track record of success in similar roles, we'd love to hear from you.
