About
As a Customer Support Advisor at Booksy, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers feel supported and valued. You’ll be the friendly voice and problem-solver, providing timely and effective assistance across various communication channels. Your focus will be on creating positive customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
What you’ll do:
- Provide exceptional customer support through chat, calls, and emails, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Efficiently address customer queries, concerns, and requests, meeting response time targets and striving for first-contact resolution.
- Demonstrate your problem-solving skills by identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Act as a customer advocate, sharing feedback and insights with the team to improve our product and service.
- Collaborate with other Booksy teams, including sales, onboarding, operations, HR, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and projects to enhance your product knowledge and skills.
Requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
- You’ll need proven, hands-on experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.
- Native-level English proficiency.
- Technical proficiency with Google Suite, Salesforce (or a similar CRM), and various communication tools (phone systems, email platforms, live chat).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for helping customers and driving improvements.
