We have an new opportunity for a Customer Support Advisor to join our Customer Services team in Hertford. This is a permanent full time role with a mix of home and office working. The starting salary is circa £29,000 depending on your experience. The Role: Our Customer Support Advisors provide administrative support in our Customer Service Management Centre. You'll be answering our customer queries, making sure the resolution is right first time and acieved in a polite and effective way. You'll also deliver administrative support to our Customer and Neighbourhood Teams including Mutual Exchanges, Garages and Repairs. This will involve meeting support, minute taking, mail merges, consent forms and purchase order processing. This is a busy and varied role where you'll be delivering great outcomes for our customers. What we are looking for: As a Customer Support Advisor you'll need strong communication skills and the ability to empathise with our customers. You will need to be customer focused and experienced in delivering positive customer results. In this role you'll be responsible for maintaining and inputting a large amount of data. This will need to be done with accuracy, making sure we uphold confidentiality and comply with the GDPR rules at all times.
