About the role

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing empathetic and holistic support to our residents, seamlessly integrating personal interactions with digital tools. We are looking for individuals who can use strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to put our residents at the heart of everything they do. About you

You will be a team player working closely with other advisors in ensuring that our customer services remain inclusive to all.

You will ensure that customer service excellence is at the forefront of all your delivery activities with a drive to maintain positive working relationships with customers and partners. We want advisors to use their communication skills and awareness to create a trusted space with residents where they can identify their needs, through a seamless assessment, and connect them with the support they require whether this is handholding, resolving issues or connecting them with a Lead Advisor.
