Job Title: Customer Service / List Caller - Westminster Magistrates' CourtEmployer: HM Courts & Tribunals Service (via Brook Street Recruitment) Location: Westminster Magistrates' Court & City of London Magistrates? Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm)Pay Rate: £15.59 per hour + pension scheme + holiday payContract: Temporary, until March 2026 (with possible extension) About the Role We are seeking a confident and professional individual to join HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) at Westminster Magistrates' Court. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience who is also comfortable with public speaking in a formal environment. As part of the Customer Service team, you will assist members of the public and court users with enquiries, while as a List Caller, you will prepare and announce cases in the courtroom. If you are organised, people-focused, and thrive in busy, front-facing roles, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of the justice system.
