Benefits: Flexible working hours25 days holiday plus BHHybrid workingCompetitive salaryExcellent working environment Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities: Liaising between sales colleagues and customers to clarify orders, being a main point of contact and developing customer relationshipsEnsuring orders are processed in a timely fashion in order to meet cut-off deadlinesHandling incoming customer enquiries/queries regarding products, order adjustments, complaints, timescales and more complex ordersOrganising all documentation and certifications as necessary for export ordersWorking cooperatively within the Customer Service team to support across the use of Salesforce, export orders, complaints, new product information and IT enhancementsSupporting in the coordination of all customer-service activities including shipments, inventory levels, orders and sales activities Required Skills & Experience: Fluent in at least one additional language would be advantageous Export documentation experienceProven customer service experience within a similar roleExcellent communication skills, able to work effectively within a team and build customer
