- About the role
- As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support Avery Dennison’s customers by providing accurate and complete information that meets their needs. You will address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints to successful resolution or escalation, including order management, quality, and lead times. You will proactively think ahead to anticipate needs, opportunities, and concerns from the customers you support and take action accordingly.
- Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints to successful resolution or escalation including order management, quality, and lead times.
- Understand Avery Dennison’s products, solutions, and services and apply this knowledge in solving customer needs.
- Collaborate with multiple departments, including sales, order entry, finance, and operations, to receive and share required information.
- Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets by supporting commercial teams or actively selling products.
- Proactively think ahead to anticipate needs, opportunities, and concerns from the customers you support and proactively take action accordingly.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in problem solving and problem resolution within a customer-facing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy while following standard operating procedures.
- Ability to create and leverage connections across different departments to meet customer requirements.
- Resilience and adaptability to handle complex customer inquiries and changing priorities.
