Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service/Sales Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their enquiries, and promoting our products and services. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience from the outset
• Assist customers with product information, queries, and purchase decisions
• Promote and upsell products or services to maximise sales opportunities
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, products, and company policies
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism, aiming for swift resolution
• Keep the sales area tidy and organised to ensure an inviting environment
• Support team members during busy periods and contribute to achieving sales targets

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanour
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Organised with good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Confident in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and managing customer interactions professionally

Pay: £25,397.00-£26,500.00 per year
