Job Type: Part-time / Remote (adjust as needed) Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will act as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media. Provide accurate product information, order status updates, and shipping details. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies. Collaborate with logistics and supplier teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve processes. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service at all times. Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce support preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of inquiries. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms Shopify, and support tools (Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus. Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
