About the RoleWe’re recruiting on behalf of a long established, growing business that provides specialist services to major commercial clients across the UK. They are now seeking a confident and proactive Customer Service Representative / Administrator to join their busy operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a background in customer service or administration who thrives in a fast paced, contract driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a central point of contact between clients, site teams and third party logistics (3PL) providersManage high value contracts and purchase order (PO) processes with accuracy and attention to detailUse an industry specific system for data entry, scheduling and reportingLiaise with site managers to ensure services are delivered on time and to agreed standardsProvide administrative support including invoicing, documentation and record maintenanceTrack and resolve customer queries efficiently, maintaining a professional and helpful approachSupport the wider operations and commercial teams with contract coordination and performance reportingBuild and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholdersSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a customer service, administrative or operations support roleStrong communication and relationship building skillsConfident working with multiple stakeholders across different sites or departmentsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing data and documentationComfortable using digital systems and learning new software quicklyAble to prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with 3PL providers or coordinating logistics is advantageousP
