As a Customer Service Representative in ourMicroelectronics value stream, you'll become the trusted link between our customers and our cutting-edge operations.You’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless order management, clear communication, and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction, all within a highly regulated, high-precision environment. Key responsibilities: As the primary point of contact, communicating with customers via email, phone, or customer portals, you'll:Process customer quotation requests, proactively manage expectations, and follow up and capture feedback.
