This is a busy period where customers renew their garden waste subscriptions following letters sent out in December. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service during this influx. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries regarding garden waste subscriptions.Manage digital inboxes and provide timely, accurate responses.Make call-backs where required and follow scripted guidance.Support wider waste services by gaining a good understanding of bins and waste processes.Ensure all interactions are professional, empathetic, and customer-focused.
