The Role

You will work alongside experienced sales and marketing specialists, promoting a diverse portfolio of clients. Representing well-known brands, you will play a key role in driving business growth through face-to-face direct marketing campaigns.

As part of the role, you will engage with customers in residential environments, deliver high-quality customer service, and assist customers with online forms and administrative processes. This position offers hands-on experience that supports both professional and personal development.

Sales and Customer Service Assistant Requirements

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential

• Work Ethic: A high level of self-motivation and a strong work ethic

• Personal Development: A proactive and tenacious approach to self-improvement

• Availability: Ability to commit to a minimum of 4 days per week, Monday–Saturday

• Eligibility: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK (no work-restricted visas such as Tier 4 or Tier 2)

• Location: Willingness to commute and work within Slough and surrounding areas

• Office located a short walk from train and bus stations

• Age Requirement: Applicants must be aged 18 or over

Experience

No previous experience is required. Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, administration, delivery driving, sales, marketing, hospitality, front-of-house, or similar roles are encouraged to apply due to the transferable skills gained in those industries.
