We are looking for two enthusiastic individuals to join our busy Customer Services Contact Centre, where you’ll play a vital role supporting residents and handling a high volume of calls each day.About the Role: Provide excellent customer service to residents, resolving queries efficiently and professionally. Work as part of a supportive team in a dynamic, high-volume contact centre environment. Shifts vary between 8am–4pm, 9am–5pm, or 10am–6pm, depending on daily demand and staff availability. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and focused in a busy setting. Flexibility to work different shift patterns as required.
