Reporting into the UK Board, the role will have full operational and strategic responsibility for a multi site, international CS function, supporting both B2B & B2C products globally Description Direct management of UK & European CS function spanning across 3 sites with a combined 13 fte Management of OTIF & Customer order book, ensuring the smooth movement of goods from multiple European Warehouses to customers based across EuropeLead process improvement activities across the departments, driving process automation where possible to improve efficiency, reduce time and cost, and drive customer satisfactionEnsure world class service is provided across multiple customer contact channels including phone, email, live chat, Portal, and multiple other channelsLead the implementation of new channels and systems where required focused on automation and process improvementCreate and present key reports to board level focused around customer satisfaction, customer behaviour and function performanceWork closely with department leads across Supply Chain, Logistics and Sales to identify areas for improvement across the entire customer supply chain Profile Experience leading a Customer Service functionManagement of European or remote customer service teams internationallyManagement of complex European orders - moving goods
