Role Overview The Customer Service & Fulfilment Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end customer order process from order receipt through to delivery ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role combines customer service excellence with operational accuracy, working closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end customer order processing, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet fulfilment deadlines. Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries, returns, and complaints. Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically, maintaining high satisfaction levels. Monitor and track shipments, providing proactive updates to customers. Maintain accurate records of returns and reasons, supporting continuous improvement. Ensure data accuracy across CRM, ERP, and order management systems. Generate and submit fulfilment and customer service reports on time. Collaborate with Sales & Installs teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Communicate stock issues or delays proactively to customers and internal stakeholders.
