This role is ideal for someone with strong order management experience who wants to build capability in logistics, inventory coordination, and supplier management while continuing to deliver exceptional customer support.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Order ManagementManage end-to-end order processing, including order entry, confirmation, adjustments, and returnsEnsure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, coordinating across internal teamsProvide timely updates on product availability, lead times, and delivery statusResolve customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and stock levelsSupply Chain SupportLiaise with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to track shipmentsMonitor inventory levels and flag potential shortages or delaysAssist with planning activities by providing order trends and customer demand insightsSupport supplier communication regarding order status, delivery schedules, and discrepanciesOperational CoordinationMaintain accurate documentation within CRM/ERP systemsPrepare weekly and monthly reports relating to orders, delivery performance, and inventoryParticipate in process improvement initiatives to streamline order flow and reduce errorsEnsure compliance with company policies, service-level agreements, and operational proceduresEssential Experience & Skills2+ years’ experience in Customer Service, ideally within a product or order-driven environmentStrong order management experience (processing, tracking, resolving issues)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh level
