Our Requirement We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to work from home, answer telephone calls, live chats and emails to a high standard in Spanish. Over the years we have built up a following from our customers, particularly in Spain. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people and offering a service that leaves our customers amazed. What do you need? At least 1 year’s previous experience either directly within customer services or similar. Be able to work from home on a freelance basis. Excellent skills of Spanish language, both written and oral. Good Understanding and basic speaking of the English language PC / Internet literate to a good standard. Numerate and have attention to detail. Well organised. Great at time management. Have a good computer and stable internet connection at home. You must have a home environment that is quiet and distraction free. Any relevant direct experience would be advantageous. An interest in natural healthcare and/or supplements would be great. Flexibility We are predominantly looking for people who can work part time (25/30 hours per week) between 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday- Friday (UK time).
