  • Overview
  • We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our small, friendly team in Bury St Edmunds, with occasional travel to Claydon, Ipswich.
  • This role is part time and either part year (42 weeks) or full year 52 weeks, we can discuss options with the successful candidate.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • This role involves engaging with parents and third party education customers via phone, email, and face to face to address enquiries, resolve issues, and promote our services effectively.
  • A strong ability to analyse customer needs and find solutions is important. Experience of working with SEN children is an advantage.
  • Duties
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries through various channels, including phone and email.
  • Provide accurate information to parents and third party clients about our tutoring services.
  • Assist parents and third party clients with help and information about our centres, costs and tutoring availability.
  • Keep our CRM and booking system up to date and accurate.
  • Identify opportunities to ensure full availability of tutoring is offered by looking at complex timetables.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tutoring skills set, availability and timetables.
  • Experience
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

  • £13.50-£14.50 per hour - holiday pay rolled into pay
  • Monday 9-5 (7.5) - Bury St Edmunds
  • Thursday 12-8 (7.5) - Bury St Edmunds
  • Friday 9-4 (6.5) - Bury St Edmunds
  • Work Location: In person (Bury St Edmunds and occasionally in Claydon)
