Customer Service ExecutiveAre you a confident and motivated individual looking to join a market leading business offering a fantastic working environment?Due to continued growth, our client is looking to strengthen their team to help provide the best possible support to both customers and colleagues in this varied and dynamic role, with the chance to develop your skills and be part of a supportive team.As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:Providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers and suppliers via phone and emailWorking with other departments to investigate and troubleshoot a wide range of queries to find the best solutionsProviding updates on orders and available stock to resellersProactively organise and manage workload to ensure tasks are handled efficientlyAssisting with a range of customer service and administrative duties on an ad hoc basisYou will have the following skills and experience:Excellent communication skills both verbally and writtenStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks efficientlyProactive and enthusiastic with a strong driveExperience within administration, customer service or transferable skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamThis is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business who create a friendly and supportive environment for all employees.
