Join our snack-loving teamWe’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join us at KP Snacks. About the role As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the smooth processing of manual sales orders for our customers. You’ll enter orders accurately into our ERP system (JD Edwards), following business rules and timelines, and work closely with colleagues across Customer Service, Logistics and the S&OE team to make sure deliveries run smoothly and customers stay informed. You’ll be the first point of contact for order queries, helping to resolve issues such as shortages, failed deliveries or discrepancies, and managing re-bookings when needed. With accuracy, clear communication and a strong customer focus, you’ll help us maintain excellent service levels and keep our operations running efficiently.
