Responsibilities: Co-ordinate customer order fulfilment with precision.Liaise with site production and keep customers updated on delivery status.Process customer sales orders efficiently using the ERP system.Raise stock replenishment orders as needed.Manage and update customer portals for key accounts seamlessly.Establish, manage, and update customer price lists accurately.Input Bills of Materials (BOMs) for parts in manufacture, liaising with the Commercial & Manufacturing team as required. To excel in this role, you'll need to showcase: A confident and professional manner when dealing with customers.A self-motivated attitude paired with a desire to learn.Strong communication skills to engage effectively with all internal departments.Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.A process-oriented mindset, capable of working independently or as part of a team. Professional Qualifications/Education: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Customer Service or sales administration role.Proficient in MS Office and computer literate.Familiarity with ERP systems for processing orders.An eagerness to learn about Bills of Material.Experience in document control and administration is a plus.
