Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator Location: Burntwood, StaffordshireSalary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annumHours: Mon–Thu 8:30am–5:00pm, Fri 9:00am–1:30pmBenefits: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, pension scheme after probation About the Role This office-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service while supporting a busy operations and management team. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth administrative and customer processes, working closely with internal colleagues and external customers. Key Responsibilities General Support Provide administrative support to the leadership, sales, and technical teamsHandle incoming phone calls and welcome visitors to the officeManage general office communications and customer queries Operational Administration Create new customer accounts and maintain accurate recordsProcess purchase orders and sales ordersPrepare delivery documentation and track proof of deliveryRaise invoices and take card paymentsLiaise with customers regarding orders, queries, and updatesAssist with stock administration, including working with suppliers, booking goods in, and supporting stock checksSupport the warranty claim processUse of Sage 50 is an advantage but not essential What We’re Looking For Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skillsConfident using IT systems, with good attention to detailAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environmentOrganised, proactive, and able to prioritise workload effectively
