About
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries in a timely manner, and resolving customer issues. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and have a positive attitude. Additionally, the successful candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards customers at all times.
- Keep up to date with product and service information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and customer interaction abilities
- Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
