We are seeking a Customer Service & Operations Representative. Day-to-day of the role: Provide exceptional customer service (mainly via email communication)Process stock orders using in-house software.Replenish stock weekly using stock intake Excel sheets.Import weekly sales data into the system.Transfer stocks between locations as needed.Make new-in styles live on the website.Process returns and handle other administrative duties to assist the Head of Retail. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organised, proactive, and numerate with outstanding IT skills, particularly in Excel.Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.Experience working in a fast-paced environment.Passionate, dynamic, and enthusiastic about fashion.Ability to work well as part of a team.
