Description Work with global B2B customers to provide quotations and process orders in line with customer requirementsMonitor stock levels to ensure products meet expected customer demandNegotiate freight costs with existing suppliers taking into accounts costs, reliability and servicePlan and arrange the dispatch of international sales orders via air, sea and land, including accurate shipping documentsProduce relevant and accurate export documentation based on customer requirements or specific country regulations, including Certificate of Origins etcProvide a world class level of service to customer via phone and emailTake ownership of assigned customer issues, handling sensitively and proactively with minimal impact to the customer Profile Experience with Export Documentation and Export regulationsStrong attention to detailExperience working with B2B customersAbility to work as part of a team Job Offer The role of Customer Service & Export Coordinator will join a growing business based in Leeds. The role offers:-£33,000 - £38,000-08-30 to 16-30 Monday to Friday (some flexibility)-Free food provided, plus 2 additional breaks<br
