• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Professionally handle and resolve formal complaints via email.
• Collaborate with other departments to investigate and resolve complex issues.
• Provide accurate information and solutions for property-related questions.
• Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
• ​Monitor root cause analysis and working on exciting projects to enable a better customer journey

What You'll Bring:

• Proven customer service experience, ideally in a ​​services related setting and with complaint handling​ exposure.
• A strong customer-focused mindset and a passion for enhancing the customer journey.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially for formal correspondence).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Proficiency with CRM software and general computer skills.
• The ability to work independently with a dedicated, quiet home work space and reliable internet.
• A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in property management or real estate related sectors​ (training can be provided) .
• Familiarity with Dwellant property or management software​ (training can be provided) .
• Experience in complaint resolution or de-escalation.
