Profile A successful Customer Service professional should have: Proven experience in a customer service position or call centre role.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in basic administrative and organisational tasks.A positive attitude towards problem-solving and client satisfaction.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
