The Role As an Internal Sales & Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their experience is smooth and professional. You’ll handle enquiries, process orders, and build strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities to grow the customer base. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.Process orders accurately and monitor delivery schedules.Provide up-to-date information on product availability and stock levels.Maintain and develop strong customer relationships.Promote the full product range via phone and email.Make outbound calls to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.Research potential customers for the external sales team.Support the wider Sales Team with administrative tasks.
