Homebased Customer Service Advisor Role

Contract: 3 weeks Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)

Hours: 37.5 pw

Hourly Rate: £12.60

At ArvatoConnect, we’re committed to delivering exceptional service experiences that matter. This is a short-term opportunity within our Customer Service team, supporting a high-profile data response campaign.

This is a predominantly telephony and email based role, ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, empathetic listeners, and able to handle sensitive queries with professionalism and care.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling inbound calls from individuals affected by a data-related incident.
  • Using a structured script and FAQ guidance to provide clear, consistent responses.
  • Capturing caller details accurately and escalating queries where necessary.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection standards at all times.

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to follow structured scripts and respond empathetically to sensitive situations.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Previous customer service or contact centre experience is desirable.
  • Access to a reliable internet connection, a headset and your own device (laptop or desktop).

  • You’ll be supported by a dedicated team and escalation process.
  • This is a short-term role, subject to onboarding and vetting.
