Contract: 3 weeks Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)
Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)
Hours: 37.5 pw
Hourly Rate: £12.60
At ArvatoConnect, we’re committed to delivering exceptional service experiences that matter. This is a short-term opportunity within our Customer Service team, supporting a high-profile data response campaign.
This is a predominantly telephony and email based role, ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, empathetic listeners, and able to handle sensitive queries with professionalism and care.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling inbound calls from individuals affected by a data-related incident.
- Using a structured script and FAQ guidance to provide clear, consistent responses.
- Capturing caller details accurately and escalating queries where necessary.
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection standards at all times.
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to follow structured scripts and respond empathetically to sensitive situations.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Previous customer service or contact centre experience is desirable.
- Access to a reliable internet connection, a headset and your own device (laptop or desktop).

- Full training and briefing materials will be provided.
- You’ll be supported by a dedicated team and escalation process.
- This is a short-term role, subject to onboarding and vetting.
