Job Type: Temporary part time – Sickness coverDuration of placement: Approx 2 months with the possibility of extension.Start Date: Asap.Location: WatfordOffice Based: Min 25 hrs a week (flexible around core working hours) – Office Based.Salary: £13 per hour My client, a leading structural investigation company, is actively seeking a proactive Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team, on a temporary, part-time basis. This role is to cover a period of staff sickness and offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. Should the role become permanent, there may be scope for changes in responsibilities and room to grow within the company, offering a pathway for professional development. Key Responsibilities: These are specific but not limited to: Responding to client enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.Ensuring excellent customer service is always given.Booking appointments and managing schedules.Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records.Diary management.Providing quotations and raising invoices.Providing general ad hoc administrative support to the team. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or administrative position.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Personable, professional and flexible approach to work.Knowledge of Xero would be beneficial, however not essential.Fantastic attention to detail and organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to multitask.
