The role of Customer Service Administrator:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email (mostly email based)
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, logging feedback for continuous improvement
  • Process returns, refunds, and replacements efficiently
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction while balancing company policies
  • Channel B2B partnership inquiries to the relevant team members
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and reduce avoidable inquiries
  • Stay flexible and ready to assist in other areas of the business as needed

The ideal Customer Service Administrator:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role within an e-commerce setting
  • Familiarity with customer service tools like Zendesk, Shopify, and Google Sheets
  • A genuine love for helping others and making a positive impact
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
  • Highly organised with a methodical approach to tasks
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and solving problems independently
