#BelongWithUs Are you a proactive communicator with a passion for building relationships? Commercial at City Plumbing is expanding, and we are looking for a Customer Sales Representative. This role is perfect for people who are comfortable on the phone and want to grow their career. The Role: As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be the engine behind our growth. You won't just be selling, you’ll be identifying opportunities, re-engaging with past clients, and introducing the full range of Commercial at City Plumbing solutions to the non-residential sector.Key Responsibilities Use market research and various platforms to identify prospects and transform cold leads into warm opportunities for our Account Managers.Reach out to lapsed or low-spending accounts to re-engage their business through exclusive offers and tailored solutions.Act as the primary point of contact for new customers, focusing on nurturing long-term trust and brand loyalty.Qualify leads and manage their journey through the sales funnel, ensuring all progress is accurately tracked within the CRM.Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and identify new business openings.Partner closely with the wider team to brainstorm and execute high-impact sales campaigns.We’re a new team so collaboration for us is really important. Whilst the majority of our roles will be hybrid, there will always be a need for in person interaction. So whilst we encourage all applications you must be UK Based and prepared to travel to our head office in Crick (Northamptonshire) at least three times a week after training. There will also be quarterly overnight stays. You: You’ll live and breathe our customer-first ethos, with a proactive and “can-do” approach.
