From processing customer queries to handling pricing, billing, and account management, you’ll ensure a seamless, reliable experience for every customer, every day.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, managing complex data, and working cross-functionally with teams across the business.What You’ll DoCustomer & Order SupportProcess daily customer orders and queries within set timelinesAllocate EANs for EDI mapping and perform daily system updatesRelease and manage backorders in line with SLAsTroubleshoot blocked or held electronic ordersInvestigate orders that have not reached FulfilmentBilling & PricingCreate and process invoices and additional charges each monthResolve disputed invoice queriesConduct monthly pricing checks and correct discrepanciesSupport new customer account setup (commercial & compliance checks)Data & ReportingValidate data and identify discrepanciesInvestigate transactional errors and implement corrective stepsMaintain NHS Supply Chain and TPS portalsProduce ad-hoc reports as neededCollaborationWork closely with teams across Commercial, QA, Warehouse, and TransportRespond to the shared inbox in a timely mannerSupport mass customer communications
