Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Onboarding Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and exceptional communication skills. This role requires a highly organised individual who can engage with clients effectively, promote our services through upselling techniques, and maintain high standards of professionalism in all interactions.
Responsibilities
- Project manage the onboarding of clients and prospects
- Collaborate with the sales team to effectively advertise & demonstrate Peoplesafe products, services and processes to prospective clients.
- Drive customer adoption by developing and executing tailored onboarding plans that ensure clients fully utilize Peoplesafe products and services.
- Create, track and deliver Implementation Plans and Run Books to help customers to achieve their goals and manage their project to completion.
- Identify new product/service upsell opportunities and support Sales in achieving increases in services and subscriptions.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Proficiency in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities.
- Conflict Resolution & objection handling.
- Self-motivated when working individually and within a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organised in time and task management.
- Uses initiative to take proactive action
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective problem Solving
