We’re on the lookout for a Compliance Customer Liaison Officer to join our Building Safety Team. A team driven by the promise to put people first and deliver real results for our communities. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our tenants, contractors, and internal teams at Gateshead Council. You will help resolve access issues for essential compliance testing and ensure appointments are scheduled smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the friendly, reliable point of contact with a sharp eye for detail and a heart for customer care.
