Job Title: Customer Liaison Officer

Location: Cheltenham

Hours: 60 hours per week (Monday to Friday) | Full-time or Part-time options available

Rate: £14.50 per hour

Start Date: End of July 2025

Divine HomeCare Solutions is seeking Customer Liaison Officers to join a potential new initiative supporting independent living in Cheltenham. This is an exciting opportunity to provide light-touch wellbeing support, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily wellbeing check-ins and provide light support where required
  • Organise and lead meaningful social activities and events
  • Assist residents with prescriptions, basic admin tasks, and daily coordination
  • Support residents with arranging transport, appointments, and other services
  • Build strong relationships with residents, offering a consistent and approachable presence
  • Liaise with care teams to help ensure quality and resident satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

  • Warm, empathetic individuals with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in care, customer service, or wellbeing roles (desirable but not essential)
  • A proactive attitude and confidence working independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to promoting dignity, connection, and inclusivity
