Customer Insights & Data Planning Manager Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Dublin.Salary: up to £60,000 We’re working with a well-established, fast-growing business in the insurance and financial services sector to find a talented Customer Insights & Data Planning Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves turning complex data into clear, actionable strategies that shape customer engagement and marketing performance. As the Customer Insights & Data Planning Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping the marketing function understand and act on customer behaviour. You’ll analyse trends, map customer journeys, and guide test-and-learn initiatives that improve acquisition, retention, and loyalty. This role sits at the intersection of data, marketing, and strategy - ideal for someone who is technically savvy in understanding how different segmentations and cluster models work, but also who is commercially adept, enjoys influencing decision-making and driving measurable results through insight. Key Responsibilities Manage customer segmentation models and performance scorecards covering engagement, conversion, and retention.Develop behavioural journey maps to identify pain points and opportunities for optimisation.Lead test-and-learn programmes, ensuring experiments are designed with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes.Deliver meaningful insights and strategic recommendations to improve CRM, campaign, and proposition performance.Partner with CRM, data engineering, and automation teams to ensure systems are aligned for accurate targeting and reporting.Present complex analytical findings in a clear, concise way for marketing and senior leadership audiences.
