Customer Insights Specialist – Automotive/EV SectorSalary: £35,000 – £45,000 DOE + 15% annual bonusLocation: LondonAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Insights Specialist to lead survey design, execution, and analysis for a rapidly expanding automotive brand operating in the EV space. This role is pivotal in shaping customer experience strategies by delivering actionable insights across the entire ownership and purchasing journey.You will be the go-to expert for survey methodology, responsible for managing large-scale feedback programs and translating data into clear, strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and manage customer surveys (CSAT, Test Drive feedback, Future Model input).Analyse data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.Deliver concise, actionable insights to Marketing, Product, and Dealer Operations teams.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align research objectives with business goals.Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance standards.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in survey design and analysis within a multi-brand or complex environment.Strong background in automotive or EV sector (essential).Proficiency with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey Enterprise) and advanced Excel/statistical tools.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced setting.Desirable: Familiarity with UK automotive market and customer journey touchpoints.BenefitsHybrid working model (London office + remote flexi
